Author of Painting the Plate, Felicity Souter is an artist, writer, and cook based in London. With a passion for blending the arts together, she believes good food should look as beautiful as it tastes and that every mouthful should be savoured like a work of art. She ultimately believes a great meal is defined by who shares it and regardless of the menu, she’s never happier than she is at the dinner table, with family, friends, and extra gratings of parmesan.
